Registration is mandatory before participating in any RFQ or the awarding of any contract. The process takes under 30 minutes.

Fill in company, contact, financial and banking details accurately.

Attach all mandatory supporting documents in the required format.

Submit your application for review. You'll get a confirmation email.

Our team reviews your application. Approved suppliers can access active sourcing immediately.

Registration Tips

Do

  • Use your official company email; it's your login ID and receives all sourcing notifications
  • Ensure all documents are current and match the information you enter
  • Register once per legal entity
  • Keep login credentials secure with the authorized bid owner
  • Monitor your email actively for RFQ invitations and updates

Don't

  • Use personal, shared, or generic email addresses
  • Submit expired, inconsistent, or incomplete documents
  • Create duplicate registrations or multiple login IDs
  • Share credentials across multiple users
  • Assume registration guarantees a business award

Your Single Point of Access

The Supplier Portal handles all commercial interactions with Air Arabia Group:

Portal use is mandatory. Submissions outside the portal will not be accepted unless authorized in writing.

Fair Competition

  • No price-fixing, cartels, or bid-rigging
  • Do not obtain competitor information unlawfully

  • Prohibit forced labor and child labor
  • Comply with minimum wage legislation
  • Respect freedom of association and collective bargaining
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met

Environment & Data
